Bio
Mr.
Etheridge's practice is primarily concentrated in
the areas of eminent domain (representation of landowners
in condemnation proceedings), personal injury and
wrongful death claims, including negligence, defective
product injuries, medical malpractice, railroads
and motor vehicle accidents, as well as insurance
coverage disputes. He has litigated and tried cases
on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in state
and federal courts for more than 23 years. He has
conducted more than 50 civil jury trials.
